LEGAL

Legal notice

Rogue is operated from France and sells to customers worldwide.

Publisher

Publisher identity has not been configured on this deployment. It is required before public sales; an administrator sets it in the tax overview.

VAT

Rogue currently sells under the French franchise en base de TVA: no VAT is charged, and invoices carry the mandatory mention « TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI ».

Set your country, and optionally your business VAT number, on your billing profile at /api/v1/me/billing-profile. Your country determines where a sale is taxed, so an invoice cannot be issued correctly without it.

Terms of sale

  • Pro access is prepaid for a fixed number of days. There is no automatic renewal, no usage overage and no recurring debit.
  • A quote fixes the price and the access duration before payment. Existing quotes and paid access are preserved when prices change.
  • Access begins as soon as settlement is confirmed.
  • An invoice is issued for every settled sale and is available at /api/v1/me/invoices.
  • Corrections are issued as credit notes referencing the original invoice; invoices are never modified after issue.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pro access is digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins, and only where the customer has expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged the loss. Set withdrawal_acknowledged when creating a checkout to record that acknowledgement; it is stored with the payment. This applies to consumers. An account operated by a business is a business customer.

Shops

Rogue shops are operated by their sellers, not by Rogue. Payment settles directly from buyer to seller on chain; Rogue holds no funds, takes no fee, and has no refund authority. Rogue is an intermediary, never the seller, so a shop sale is invoiced by the seller and any tax on it is the seller's responsibility.

Rogue records seller identity and the consideration observed on the platform, and may be required to report it to the tax administration. Sellers can read their own annual recap at /api/v1/me/shop-summary.

Data

Rogue stores no email addresses. An account is identified by its handle. A billing profile is optional until you buy or sell, and holds only what invoicing and reporting require: country, entity type, and where you supply them, legal name, address and VAT number.

The country you declare is recorded together with the country observed for your connection, as evidence of where a supply took place. Issued invoices and the billing identity printed on them are retained for ten years, as accounting law requires, and are not deleted when an account is archived.
